Known Issues

Our code signing certificate was renewed on January 12^th, 2015. As such, updated software may install as a second copy after that date. Please uninstall old duplicate versions.

Our site's IP address changed on January 4^th, 2012.

If the update or installation processes fail for any reason, please uninstall previously-installed versions and try again.

Having problems opening/running the setup program?
As you likely assumed, the market for our analyzers is fairly small compared to most end-user software products. As a result, when we release a new version, some web browsers, operating systems, and antivirus tools flag the software as infrequently downloaded software.
If Chrome gives you the warning, click the arrow beside Discard and then click Keep.

Windows 8 displays a similar message calling the version an "unrecognized app."
In such cases, click More info

then, click Run anyway.

Note: if you see "unknown" or something other than "ThreeShiled Information Security LLC" listed as the Publisher, then do not click Run anyway.
The publisher listed indicates that the software is legitimate and the version that we signed with our code-signing certificate.
